When it comes to sculpting or structure based cakes, it’s an extreme challenge for us to work with shapes and balance, and even more challenging is to cover them seamlessly without any cracks or elephant skin.
After years of research and development, we have developed an edible clay which is perhaps the best ever formula.
Imagine a product that can solve almost all of the problems we are facing during the cake making. So here you go, a paste same as clay, which is edible and blends like butter. It can work almost in any weather including high humidity.
- Handles the heat issue, So it doesn’t melt like modelling chocolate.
- Handles the humidity well.
- Blending seamless with out water.
- Holds the shapes well.
- Provides longer duration to work so you can works for days on a same project.
- Doesn’t dry fast nor melts like chocolate yet holds its shape firmly.
- Doesn’t crack like fondant.
- Takes any types of colours.
