Sugarin Edible Glaze Spray - High Gloss is the most convenient and easy way to coat food products like, Fondant, Whipping Cream, Chocolate, Butter Cream, Ganache, Macaron, Royal Icing, Sugar Berries etc. Excellent and super fine mist of glaze can cover large areas of cakes with clear shellac glaze. These colors are 100% scratch proof, 100% water proof and give highly glossy finish. Once sprayed, they cover the food surface and dries with in few mins. Once dried, they can not be scratched off and seals the cake from atmosphere moisture. It creates super fine mist, thereby uses least possible color to cover maximum surface.
