Directions: Squeeze the bottle and drop the Buttercream & Ganache Color in molten white chocolate or any other oil based product that needs to be colored. Apply one drop at a time as Buttercream & Ganache Color is very concentrated.
Hello. I'm Roshni Shukla, a Baker, Cake Artist and Founder of Sugar & Flour Bakes Bangalore(@snfcakes). I was rated among the Top 10 Homebakers in India and Bangalore City for 2020.
I have done a baking course at a culinary school & several cake decorating courses in Toronto, Cananda. I also have a degree in Engineering, an MBA & a Diploma in Councelling Psychology.
I do a variety of theme cakes & cupcakes. However, bespoke buttercream floral - cakes, cupcakes and cupcake bouquets are my specialty.
I love the idea of being able to create edible floral art with buttercream flowers and bring to life, people's visions for their special days.
